Campers will experience so many fun things throughout Xtreme Week! Starting with a high-energy rally with dancing, singing, and an interactive skit, then art, small group time, and games! These kids will have so many different experiences all evening long!

Rally kicks off each day of Xtreme Week! This a time for all the grades will come together, dance and sing, hear about the Bible story and Bottom Line for each day, and learn how God gives us everything we need to live a powered up life!

Arts & Crafts

These aren’t your typical basic school projects. At Xtreme Week, our Arts & Crafts tend to get messy, but in the best, most creative way possible! This is a fun area where the campers get to let out their creativity and maybe even discover an artistic spark they didn’t know was there! They don’t always have artwork to bring home but we can assure you they will have a blast creating.

Small Group Time

Each day, each small group will take time to reflect on the stories they are hearing, discuss questions they might have or what they’re learning and even do some fun activities that correlate to the story that day at their age level. This time allows the kids to apply the Bible lesson for the day to their real lives.

Probably the most favorite part of camp for a lot of the campers is games. The groups will go out to the recreation area where there will be large group games, water slides, obstacle courses and tons of fun!

What grade do I register my child for?

You are registering your child(ren) for the year they will be in the Fall 2019.

Are there sibling or volunteer discounts?

We do not offer discounts for multiple siblings or for children of volunteers. We try to keep our overall costs down for all children. We also do not charge our Adult or Youth volunteers any t-shirt or supply fees. Our volunteers give up valuable time to serve at Xtreme Week. We cannot run these amazing camps without them!

What about snacks and allergies?

Our camp snack menu will be posted at the entrance of camp and emailed out to families prior to the start of camp. If your child has food allergies, please provide an alternative snack for him/her.

Do you offer water activities at Xtreme Week?

Yes. During Xtreme Week, all kids will rotate through Recreation where they will have an option to get wet, so be sure they bring a towel.

When should I arrive?

Try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of camp.  Children must be walked to their small group each day and can not be dropped off at the curb.

Where do I pick up my child?

Pick up and drop off will be at your child’s small group location.  Children must be checked in and out.

Can I pick up my friend’s kids?

Every parent will receive 4 security cards with their child’s unique security code.  As long as you have this card, you may pick up your friend’s child.

Who will be my child’s small group leader?

We have amazing volunteers who love kids! Safety is a huge thing for us so all of our volunteers have gone through an application and background check process. You will receive a phone call from your child’s small group leader the weekend before camp.

Can I volunteer?

Please do!  9th graders through adults are welcome to register to volunteer! We would love to have you on the team and have many different ways you can serve.  An application and background check process is required for anyone serving at Xtreme Week.

Do you offer scholarships?

Yes, we understand that even though we work very hard to keep our prices as low as possible for all of our camps, not all families are able to afford the registration fees and we don’t want financial hardship to keep any child from attending Xtreme Week. Please fill out our scholarship application form before registering your child for camp.

Upon receiving your forms, our team will process your request.  We will contact you regarding your scholarship approval. Scholarship deadline is July 15th.
